We prefer to give our customers a flat price that will be the same price you’ll pay once we’re done. However that isn’t common practice in the industry. More commonly, you’ll reach a dispatch center where you’ll get quoted a price “starting at $35” or even “$19 and up.” The person coming to you will usually follow up with a call and let you know when they’ll arrive but won’t give you a flat price. They call this a “no quote.” These usually don’t end well for the customer. Once the person arrives they go from $35 typically up to $150 all the way up to $350 sometimes for a simple service.

When you reach RML, rest assured that the price we quote is the price you’ll pay once we’re completed. So if you get a $35 and up quote please read their 1 star reviews and see if anyone has had concern with bait and switch or overcharging.
