The 2200-20-DUMMY is a deactivated closer mechanism with the springs, pistons, and door check oil removed. The 2200-00-DUMMY is used as the top door pivot for use with an automatic operator, or to replace a defective active OHC mechanism and a surface applied door closer is used in it’s place.
