RMLock.com ships locking hardware, access control products, locksmith supplies, and related security products within the United States unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed in the order received. Processing times can vary depending on stock status, supplier lead times, fraud review, address verification, and product type.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are generally processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout when applicable. Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, supplier backorders, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Backorders and Partial Shipments

Some items may ship separately or later than others depending on stock availability and supplier fulfillment timing. If part of your order is delayed, available items may ship first when practical.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

PO Boxes and Restricted Deliveries

Some products or shipping methods may not be available for PO Boxes, freight forwarders, or certain destinations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery issues may need to be addressed with the carrier. We will reasonably assist with carrier claims and tracking support, but we are not responsible for theft, loss, or delays caused by the carrier after shipment unless required by law.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, note it with the carrier when possible and contact us within 5 business days with photos of the packaging and item.
